Don't let the tagline throw you off. What I mean by train dirty is: Don't hold back. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do this or that. You can do it all. Engage in a program that balances fun strength, mobility and fitness training routines. Do the things that get you fitter and stronger. Stronger body, stronger mind!
No matter how hard you train. The diet has to follow. You need to do both. It does not have to be complicated and it does not have to be a burden. You are what you eat is a fun cliché but it is so true. This is simpler than you think though. All you have to do is to start replacing a few things in your diet and the ball will start rolling. In the STRONGER program I regularly give ideas and tips on how to do this.
I truly believe that things happen one day at a time. Just make most days count. And don't beat yourself up if everyday is not perfect, because no one gets that. Everyone has off days. Just try to increase the number of days where you do the things that you know are good for you, The results will come through consistency. If you just stick to the plan and work at it you will get real results. And it will happen sooner than you thought possible. The STRONGER program is built on this philosophy.

STRONGER by Kris J is an online training program where you go through a process where we increase the intensity gradually. The whole experience is online so all you have to do is follow the guidelines. There are videos that explain every exercise and there are dietary tips and suggestions to keep you on track each day.
