You are what you eat is a fun cliché but it is so true. This is simpler than you think though. All you have to do is to start replacing a few things step by step in your diet and the ball will start rolling.

I truly believe that things happen one day at a time. Just make most days count. And don't beat yourself up if everyday is not perfect, because no one gets that. Everyone has off days. Just try to increase the number of days where you do the things that you know are good for you, The results will come through consistency. If you just stick to the plan and work at it you will get real results.

STRONGER by Kris J is an online training program with various programs for beginners to advanced persons that can train at home, in the gym or anywhere you want really. Along side some plans that only takes you short amount of time so you basically have no excuse for making a little time for YOU during the day.

The whole experience is online so all you have to do is follow the guidelines. There are videos that explain every exercise and meal ideas that can help you along the way. Workout plans can be used at the gym or at home plus other plans e.g. stretching and warm up plans.
